Daemons of the Shadow Realm Season 1, Episode 3 we saw Dera and his junior companion went out for a meal. During their meal, Yuru asked right and left to share everything they knew about him and his sister.
The demon on the right replied We've lived just outside the village's borders for almost 400 years; we don't know what happens in the village. One day, the villagers reported that the twins were born and few days later, we saw you. You were just little baby walking around at that time with your parents and your father was taking you hunting.

The demon on the left continued We never saw the other child. We thought that somehow, that girl had died shortly after birth. But, ten years ago, we saw your parents running away with a little girl and that little girl's blood stains were exactly like yours. Hearing all this, Yuru became a little sad. Just then, Dera and his junior came up to them and said, From today, we are your parents.

Afterward, everyone got into a car and set off. While driving, Dera began explaining things to Yuru specifically, the nature of the Higashi Village network and his family's history. He explained how he found always his way to the village, and he now leads was originally from Higashi Village. However, other demon control people from village fled due to some internal conflicts, they eventually relocated to the city. At that time, Dera also revealed his real name Ryu Tadera.

So short answer is NO. We all know that Yuru and Asa aren't the only demon controllers in the world there are many others who can control demons. Therefore, it's not necessarily Yuru and Asa who will destroy the world.
Who knows perhaps they truly will save the world from such a great conflict indeed, that may be the purpose of their birth. Or, if the opportunity arises, perhaps the real threat lies with the one who covets the twins' power not the twins themselves.
The prophecy doesn't say that the twins will wreak havoc. It says that the havoc will occur after their birth. The difference is all there is. And this is only a Guess from my side.
The Break and Seal Powers The Most Dangerous Abilities in the Series

An interesting point is that these two powers Break and Seal never combined. However, this collision is bound to happen eventually this time. Perhaps both of these powers Break and Seal will ultimately reside with Yuru. This is merely speculation, of course it may or may not turn out to be true. It is also conceivable that these two powers might instead fall into the hands of a powerful villain.
